Leaves are uniform, fresh and delicious, plus, have great texture and mild flavour with an interesting hint of garlic. Used for ‘cut and come again’ baby leaves. Or, can be left to mature as larger ‘greens’. Plants are vigorous. An excellent source of vitamin C and A.
