What Mr Fothergill's says
A high quality variety with a full sweet flavour and all the vigour and reliability expected of an F1 hybrid. Produces attractive, uniform, spherical roots of intense, deepest crimson. Harvest for baby beets when golf ball sized or when fully formed and enjoy the sweet, succulent flavour. Excellent resistance to fungal diseases and scab leaving a smooth, blemish free skin.
